Authur C. Clarke
A bit about the author of Childhoods End, Authur C. Clarke. My personal review of him and his work in general. From what I've read and heard others (from creatives through to scientists) speak of Clarke, he was one of the most influential modern sci-fi futurists and a creative affluence within the sic-fi genre and the scientific community. His writings and ideas had profound effects for sci-fi and science. Leading to some of the most unprecedented perdictions and shockingly accurate visions of the future. He sourrounded himself in scientific circles, did diligent research and understood science. The result combinating in fantastical scientific theoretics, growned believable settings. Most importantly Clarke always educated his readers and make them ask the more theoretical and grander questions to science technology and mans place amongst the stars.
